Regardless of athletic ability or fitness level, everyone has some degree of imbalance and movement dysfunction. This may lead to issues with posture, balance and total body coordination. We will review a detailed history, discuss your goals and complete a comprehensive movement assessment to assist you in determining what is best for you.

Your initial exercise session is incorporated into this 90 minute appointment. Sarah and Jeremy only .
90 minutes
After an initial assessment, occasional reassessments should be completed to advance your corrective exercise program.
30 minutes
Schedule your reassessment with an exercise session or additional bodywork.
60 minutes
Schedule time for Sarah or Jeremy to supervise your exercises and help guide your program.
30 minutes
Can't make it to us? That's ok! We can set up a meeting via the telephone to address your needs.
Sarah or Jeremy will work with you through virtual access to perform a movement assessment.
45 minutes
